 Originally established in 1969 as the Andover office of a regional firm we became an independent firm of Chartered Accountants in 1996 practicing as Beck Randall & Carpenter. On 1st May 2010 our trading name was changed to BRC accountants. We offer a comprehensive range of accounts, tax and business advisory services to private individuals and companies in many sectors throughout Hampshire, Wiltshire and beyond.

Directors and Staff
Our staff are our major asset and we have a very broad range of experience accumulated over many years. We pride ourselves in our response times to clients and our ability to deal with clients’ affairs promptly and efficiently
Our Director David Carpenter has been qualified as a Chartered Accountant for over 25 years and has experience in working with many different clients.
Jacqui Taylor, a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, and Roy Chatfield, a qualified Chartered Accountant, are Associates with many years experience. Both deal directly with their own client portfolios.
David Carpenter is assisted by David Horne a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, who has many years of experience working in an accountancy practice with a wide range of clients. Jacqui Taylor is assisted by Marcus Poole, a qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked at BRC since 2003, and also has experience dealing with a wide range of clients.
Sole Trader clients’ accounts are looked after by Roger Willis who has been with the firm for many years and built an excellent working relationship with our clients. He is also our resident Sage expert and provides computer consultancy advice to clients.
Our payroll department is looked after by Janet Blackman.
Our clients personal tax affairs are provided with a first class service by Christine Thompson.
Our Administration and Secretarial Department is led by Nikki Pitts and offers an excellent first contact for our clients.
We are a training office for both the major Accountancy Institutes and currently have two students under training.
Consultants
As well as our considerable in-house resources we are also able to call on other outside consultants as the need arises in complex personal tax, corporate tax and VAT issues.
