Directors and staff

Jacqui is the managing director of the firm and looks after a portfolio of clients including companies, partnerships and sole traders, assisting them in all aspects of tax, accounts and bookkeeping. She came to the firm straight from college, starting as a trainee and then qualifying with the firm and working her way up to a director. She is the firm’s audit director and looks after a variety of audit clients including charities, manufacturing companies and solicitors.

Jacqui loves to help clients with any problems they have (tax and accountancy related mainly!) from IR35 issues through to Xero bookkeeping problems and everything in between. She particularly enjoys helping client start ups and getting businesses on the right track from day one. She is always keen to ensure excellent and prompt client service and enjoys building great working relationships with clients.

David is one of the firm directors and has been advising clients across many sectors for 25 years, he has a number of Construction, Charity, Engineering and creative clients where he provides a full service from bookkeeping and management accounts to statutory accounts preparation and Business and Tax advice. David is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and spent much of his early training Auditing small medium sized entities in the local Andover, Romsey and Winchester Area.

Juliet is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a director of the firm specialising in providing tax advice to our clients. Working in tax for over 30 years, Juliet is able to provide advice on a wide range of advisory and tax compliance matters including Research & Development, capital allowances, inheritance tax and trust work and exit & re-organisational strategies for OMBs as well as EIS and SEIS for entrepreneur start-ups looking to raise capital to expand their business. Juliet worked at a number of firms in Salisbury, Poole and Southampton before joining BRC.

Hannah is a trainee chartered certified accountant, proficient in program Apps, Excel, bank feeds, and Software integration.

Hannah prepares personal tax returns and accounts for companies, partnerships and sole traders. Hannah also enjoys working with our new entrepreneurial clients – assisting them with the on boarding process and setting up their payroll, VAT and bookkeeping; together with training new clients on Xero and Sage software.

Nikki is passionate about helping our clients through the whole life cycle of a company from helping you incorporate to PAYE/VAT registration and ensuring you are set up with a Software Accounting package. We also offer company share re-structuring and if necessary help with company voluntary dissolution. Nikki is looking forward to you contacting us to start your on-boarding journey.

Tracey has a vast experience of customer service and enjoys dealing with people on a day to day basis. She is our first port of call when visiting our BRC offices and looks forward to welcoming you.

Tracey’s role mainly looks after the set-up and accompanying paperwork to all of our new clients that we take on and deals with the filing of all our client’s company accounts to the relevant authorities.

Tracey enjoys liaising and dealing with our clients and has built up good relationships over the years that she has been with BRC.

Murray is a part qualified accountant, studying for his final level ACCA exams.

Murray has experience in many areas of accountancy. Specifically, auditing charities and corporate companies, preparing accounts and undertaking assurance engagements for charities and clubs, and experience working with investment property companies.

Murray is always available to help clients with any queries they may have or for just a conversation about football, travel or food!

Janet has worked for BRC for many years building up a good relationship with many clients. She has a varied role from processing payroll, preparing CIS and VAT Returns to year end accounts and tax returns and enjoys working on a wide variety of clients from farming to the construction industry.

Luke is a trainee accountant working towards his AAT qualifications.

Luke has a varied role working with the audit team, personal tax returns and preparing accounts for companies, partnerships and sole traders.
